Projects

My thesis project at Dunwoody College. Working with my partner-client LISC Duluth, I located an ideal site and designed a community food hub to create opportunity for fresh food access in the neighborhood of Lincoln Park. This is the only neighborhood considered a food desert in Duluth, Minnesota.

After extensive neighborhood site analysis, this concept won the highest score in Studio 7 because of its pedestrian oriented design to improve the neighborhood of Elliot Park, Minneapolis.

Through working closely with water protectors on the Line 3 front lines in Palisade, MN, this portable emergency shelter tepee, or "tarpee", was designed to improve the portability and effectiveness of the current design.

Winning an award from BWBR, this design integrates an urban food production and processing building into Camden Community, Minneapolis. Repurposing the now abandoned site, this project also aims to preserve history and reconnect the community to the Mississippi River.
